MOA: Twistcode® and Oman's Al Farqad Development & Investment LLC

Twistcode Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian company specialized in supercomputing and artificial intelligence (AI), and Al Farqad Development & Investment LLC, a prominent real estate and investment firm in Oman, have officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to establish Twistcode Oman LLC and develop the Twistcode Oman Supercomputing Centre.

This strategic partnership aims to expand AI-driven supercomputing capabilities in Oman and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, fostering innovation, research, and high-performance computing (HPC) applications across various industries.


Key Highlights of the Agreement:

- Formation of Twistcode Oman LLC – A new entity to lead AI and supercomputing solutions in Oman
- Establishment of the Twistcode Oman Supercomputing Centre  – A hub dedicated to training, research & development (R&D), AI applications, and the creation of "Made by Oman" high-performance computers (HPC).
- Government and Industry Collaboration – Supporting critical sectors such as oil & gas, minerals, logistics, food security, healthcare, aerospace, and civil defense.
- Deployment of Next-Gen AI & Supercomputing Technologies – Including quantum computing, satellite-based supercomputing services, and submersible cooling technology for energy-efficient computing.
- Startup & SME Support – Establishing incubators and accelerator programs to boost local AI and tech entrepreneurship.
