Frequently Asked Questions

What are the advantages of GPU over CPU?

GPU has more processing cores than CPU and supports large-scale multi-threaded parallel computing. You are given dedicated access to the GPU for every VM/bare-metal server.

How long does it take for a VM/bare metal server to be provisioned?

Your HPC server will be provisioned within 24 hours of purchase.

Can this server used to host content?

By default this server can only be used as a compute server since we will not provide a public IP address. But a static public IP address is available as an extra add-on for rm500/month. Availability is limited.

Is it possible to rent the server by hour instead of day/month?

We are working on this feature. Stay tuned.

How many units can we rent?

Currently, we maintain a limited inventory of servers available for rent. To check the availability of servers and discuss your specific needs, please reach out to our team for further assistance. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service, we continuously evaluate demand and plan to expand our server capacity in the future to accommodate growing needs and ensure seamless performance for our clients.
